We had a similar wispy cloud thing happening here yesterday afternoon, and I bemoaned the lack of a quality camera - or a tripod - or a really good eye and quick hand with the paintbrush.
Hey ladies... it was a lovely 5 minutes! Sunsets are so fleeting here at the moment that you've got to be on the ball... and I love that we share the same skies and the same moon, yet see them differently...
Hey guys... Liz - Thanks for visiting!! This series took a grand total of 5 minutes (between organising kids and unloading horses from a truck). It's not the photo TAKING that is time consuming... its the fiddlin' afterwards!
Alison - yup. Moons bring us all together!!! So to speak...
PW - the sun wasn't down when I did this moon pic. It was just before the sun disappeared... tat's what made it possible to get such a clear photo.

Don't you??
BB - don't ever take your life for granite. It really is quite lovely.
Pictures are GREAT, as usual! Love sunsets/rises and evening moon/stars! They are awe inspiring.
And Debby is ever sharp on the thoughtful use of word play.
Debby - nothing is ever taken for granite here... it's far too heavy.
And you are far too smart for your own good!
PW thanks! Does the moon look the same your end??
Amazing!
Ya-huh! It's great and full here at the moment. Er, maybe when the sun sets so I can see it better?
Gorgeous images. I love the full moon, and I love that it's always the same, where ever you go :)
I stumbled onto your blog today, gorgeous photos! I'd love to sit still long enough to take pictures like this.
